First Day In A Long Journey

 

I am scared for today..I have been sitting around for weeks, if not months dwelling on all my shortcomings and what I hate about myself.  What it boiled down to was constant bitching but no acting. I am always saying how I hate myself & hate my body...As I am shoveling food in or drinking another hot chocolate. 

Well my husband had started Tools To Life to better himself and help with his issues, I realised that I had to take steps to do the same thing. So here I am, starting down a path that will be a long journey and life changing, but it's time to make the effort and to stop whining and to act on it...

I may fall on my face, but if it's going to happen at least it will happen while trying and not because I was being lazy.
