My name is Adam.  Veteran, born in Cincinnati, settled in Indiana.

Daddy, husband, lover, son, brother, , uncle, nephew, achiever, employee, rocker, ME!.

I believe self-improvement is a constant and never-ending process.  I believe you can never truly "know" yourself unless you constantly strive to know yourself.

I believe people are good.  I believe people struggle, but don't have to.  I believe people, anyone, can achieve anything they want in life.  They have the power to control and direct their life...most people don't yet realize it.

I also know that no matter what has happened in someones' life, they can change it in an instant...they can change their focus or their perception of anything previously viewed to be negative...turn it around to be positive and consequently move their life in the direction they want to go.

I believe many people feel they're "caught up" in their lives to make many changes.  That's completely untrue.  It's simply a matter of making small, conscious decisions to change behavior, consistently, with persistence, moment by moment, until one day they look up and they're living their dreams, heretofore thought impossible.

There is nothing people can't do, if they make up their mind...there is nothing people can't do once they find their driving passion...their driving reason behind what it is they want to accomplish...what they truly desire.

Everyone has control of their lives.  Very few people realize it.  Very few people take advantage of the fact that they have the ability (and only them) to make their life how and what they want.

I am a simple person, believe it or not.  If you met me on the street, you would probably come away thinking I was a nice guy.  I want to be the best, at everything I do.  I'm very passionate about that.  I want to try harder than everybody else, so at the end of the day, regardless of whatever is happening around me, I know I won...even if the score, real or perceived, says otherwise.

I believe in practicing fundamentals of any skill I have, including self-development.  The more you practice the fundamentals of any skill, the better you get at the skill over the long term.

I enjoy helping people.  When it comes down to it, that is the driving force in my life...my passion.  I get jazzed when some action I took makes a difference to someone else, even in a small way, because that means, I just changed their life.  For me, it doesn't get any better than that.  Every job I've ever taken that I enjoyed had some aspect of that "helper" in it.  I now "do" computers (actually I'm one of the biggest computer geeks you'd ever meet).  In my "doing" computers, I help people.

I joined TOOLS because:
I was actually looking for a life coach. I will still get one after the completion of this program, but I'm having fun going through the program for the time being.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
That's a difficult question for me to answer, as I strive to work in only dream jobs (dream jobs for me anyway). My dream job would be doing computer work...in any manner. I'm already doing it, so I'm already living my passion.
My favorite wild animal is:
 The bald eagle
Why (describe as much as possible):
Power, grace and humility. The bald eagle, in my eyes, represents the epitome of all of those characteristics.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Good lap cat.
Why:
A good lap cat is just as affectionate as any dog may be, just not over the top. As an aside, a dog has an owner, a cat has employees.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
Philly cheese steak...no mushrooms, green peppers or onions.
Why:
If you have to ask that, you've obviously never sunk your lips onto one of those slices of heaven.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
My grandpa, my grandma, Tony Robbins, and my two children.
Why:
That to me would be the ultimate fun, fantastic dinner. Surrounded by people I love with all of us interacting with one of the most inspirational and motivational persons I've ever known.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
back to Hawaii...and I'd find a way to stay.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 Sausage
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
Shot of crown...straight up (I don't drink beer).
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
None...I'd have water. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
End all hunger in the world right now, end all poverty in the world right now, end all violence in the world right now.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
My kick-a$$ rock mix, Tony Robbins' Awaken the Giant Within, any Tesla album.
A sunset I remember:
One in Hawaii over the North Shore...fantastic.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 Rocky.
Why:
Rocky epitomizes the story of the underdog. The person who overcame tremendous odds to make it to the top. Completely inspirational. If I could play a part, that's the part I'd want to play.
