Decisions and failures

Let's say you were going to make a decision tonight...a big one in your mind.

Let's take weight loss...that's a big one for a lot of people...or fitness...or whatever.

So, you make the decision.  You go for the first week...just rockin'.  Then, something happens where you get sidetracked...for example, you might go off your diet or skip a day in the gym.

This is where most people start feeling like complete failures.  Because they didn't stick 100% to their goal or objective, they feel as if it's over.

COME ON!!!!

You've merely sidetracked yourself...temporarily at best.  Just re-focus, recommit, think about why you're doing the diet or becoming fit and start taking action again.

....and....

Keep rockin'!

Adam
