My workout tonight

 

It's about time for bed...I've just finished my Wednesday workout.  I'll be back up at 4:30 in the morning to be at the gym at 5.

 

People ask me how I can "stand to work out all the time".  The question puzzles me a little, as my workout time is no more than 6-8% of any random day in my life.   But, it makes SUCH a difference in my life...in my energy level...in the level of quality of life that I live every day.

 

...and it all comes down to being consistent about taking the action to work out every day...to get yourself motivated to take the action, persistently and consistently.

 

The quality of your life is based on a number of things.  Fitness ranks near the top of that list.  When you're fit, you think better.  When you're fit, you negotiate better.  When your fit, you feel better.

 

Nothing tastes as good as fit feels.
