Life is good, :)

It's just finding the good things in it thats challenging.

My name is Romy, I am 23 and I am still a student, in first year at Wits. Life has thrown many curve balls my way, and the curviest (:)) of them up to now is the struggle with anxiety and depression.

 

I've never been the type to enjoy swallowing pills, but unfortunately to keep functioning as a normal healthy woman, I have to take medication for these problems.

 

My main passion is that for life and the natural world. There is nothing more satisfying than experiencing the natural world as it was intended. I am an dreamer and my ideal is for all human beings to live happily together, accepting one another as they are. Accepting different opinions, cultures, ideals and religions, but also for us all to live in the world and to look after it rather than destroying it due to greed and hatred (two human qualities I truly despise).

 

That's just me, I'm a dreamer. I love everyone and want to believe that there is beauty and individuality within every person.

 All those people portray an individual image or quality that I would like to have. They are fascinating people and I would certainly be able to learn from them

 I would choose this beautiful rock pool that I was so lucky to encounter the one time I left South Africa to visit Malaysia

 that which contains mozarella cheese, Avocado, Chicken and green pepper, and maybe a peppadew or two

A sunset I remember:
 In Bloemhof in the freestate, with a group of my colleagues when I did my second vegetation survey. The sunset was incredible in the bushveld.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 Gandalf from Lord of the rings.
Why:
 I admire his wisdom, and I;ve always wondered what it would be like to grow a long white beard.
