6 weeks are now in my rear view mirror. I do however go back occasionally and review some of the prior days(podcasts, video and reading). It is amazing how quickly 6 weeks have past by. Once I committed to doing this program I also started truly focusing on my health, workout and eating patterns. Over the last 40 days(I was not tracking/logging my info for the first 2) here is what I have got done.
1) No junk food
2) More water on a daily basis
3) 6 small meals a day with specific calorie targets
4) made it to the gym 35 of the 40 and for the five that I did not make it, I was getting my ass kicked on a mountain skiing out west
5) No booze, although that is simply a continuation of something I started many months ago
and just for kicks since I am an accountant and generally know exactly where my money goes...I spent $300 less on food and eating out than a year ago in the same time period.
