Vacation away from Tools to Life

I was recently away for 2 weeks. I did not have the means to print out my chekclist and used that as part of my excuse to not do tools to Life on a daily basis. I am paying the price. I broke my personal laws concerning food. I really missed the structure and starting my day with setting my attitude straight. Today is the first day back. I commit to eating really healthy, according to my personal laws. I just finished Tools To LIfe for today and have recorded my voice with some of the positive statements suggested and some I created. I love this program. when I go away again in late July I already have a plan bring a blank checklist and fill it in each day using a pencil and eraser, what  a concept.

I hope this helps other people to continue to be consistent with this program. The only break I got was breaking part of my spirit.
