Vacation away from Tools to Life

I was recently away for 2 weeks. I did not have the means to print out my chekclist and used that as part of my excuse to not do tools to Life on a daily basis. I am paying the price. I broke my personal laws concerning food. I really missed the structure and starting my day with setting my attitude straight. Today is the first day back. I commit to eating really healthy, according to my personal laws. I just finished Tools To LIfe for today and have recorded my voice with some of the positive statements suggested and some I created. I love this program. when I go away again in late July I already have a plan bring a blank checklist and fill it in each day using a pencil and eraser, what  a concept.

I hope this helps other people to continue to be consistent with this program. The only break I got was breaking part of my spirit.

You have to remember that life happens! Don't be hard on yourself. Just pick up right where you left off... you already have made improvement plans for your next vacation! Be positive! Revel in the memories you've made enjoying your vacation, keep being honest with yourself, and get back to work! You're doing great!
