Whats the deal with beef not being on the list of recommended food? I love me some good old pot roast with tons of veggies cooked in a crockpot. Should I use pork instead? I never had pork potroast....just wondering.

Why (describe as much as possible):
 I've always had a strong feeling about wolves. Not sure where that came from, but they are awesome animals. They can be a loner or travel in packs. Ive seen vicious and playful wolves in documentaries and such, so it seems like a well rounded animal to be.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 I'm a bit biased on this: Easily a Boxer dog. I've had them through out my life and Im sure they helped me grow into the person I am.
