Day 15 - hardcore!!

Holy mother of God!!  This was by far the longest Tools lesson yet!!

The tough part for me is the out loud stuff... I'm home tonight and I can't really just blurt this stuff out while the wife is sitting here watching TV.  I tried as hard as I could to make the Little Voice SCREAM it in my head and I hope it did the trick...

I'm home now and tomorrow I should be able to carry out everything on the checklist... for the first time.  I'm committed to this thing and need to go through all of the tasks on the list for myself.  Tomorrow AM, I will print this off or set reminders for myself or something to remind me to do it.

Resistance is heavy at this point.

On a VERY positive note, I gotta say THANKS!! to my Tool buds who've sang my song and praise so far... I can't ask for more support and enthusiasm to help keep me going.  YOU are more than a Mastercard... you are priceless.  :)

Thanks for reading,

Shane13

Hang in there

The more you practice the tools, the easier it becomes.  Stick with it, before you know it, your life will have a whole lot less resistance!

You will see!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!

Day 15

Hi Shane!

I have often thought how fortunate I am to live alone (wait, WHAT???) so I can say everything out loud and talk to myself with only the dog to think I am nuts. I like your idea of the loud voice screaming in your head, good adaptation. Or you could go to the bathroom a lot for some privacy? :-)

Hang in there, you are doing great!

15 down!

I resisted a bit to start, i remember rollin my eyes, when my email said it noticed i hadn't signed in for a few days, blah blah blah, really the beginning of march i decided to take tools and life head on, as I said in my blog, the success of the tools community depends on the willingness of the participants to share, laugh and relate, to other members.  I got some stories i'll share and listen and even make a silly comment or 2.  Live out Loud!

thanks

thanks for the props people.... onward and upward!!!
