Day 14 - Power Through

 

So coach said that I needed to do an achievement or a milestone today since I've made it to 2 weeks.  I'm not sure where the achievement section is, but I found the milestone, so here I am.

 

I gotta say, I'm feeling better and I've used some of the tools when situations have gotten tough.  I've been a little skeptical of myself for not following directions to the letter, but my friends and I are powering through it!!  

 

Kinda like riding a bike for the first time... you crash... you dust yourself off... you get up and go again... the next day, you're a lot better than the day before.

 

So I'm takin' my lumps (from the Big Bad Critical Voice in my head) and powering through it.  

 

Day 14 is about music.... I've posted a tune that gets me through rough moments on my profile and there is a blog in the blog section with the lyrics if your interested.   It takes a bit to get to the lyrics, but they're very worth the wait.
