Iam 35 years old, married for 17 years**happily**(very) lol and we have 3 (awesome!!!)kids. 16,15,12 (boy boy girl). I found this place today and thought I would check it out.
Thought any more tips on weight loss and staying in shape is always a good thing.
I love to run. I quit a 20+year smoking habbit last June(06) and never ran before that. I do turbo Jam 6 days a week- best workout ever- and I love to scrapbook, make movies on the computers of my kids. I took up snowboarding this winter and Im still a tad sad about the winter being over! But now that Summer is almost here and spring, I have been able to get back out and run!
