Joe, in that kind of a job it is really hard to stay fit and lose weight...start small - take breaks and walk around a bit (if you can fit it into meeting your deadlines); and try to pack your own health snacks - roadside donuts are your enemy!:)

A Professional Driver with a Class A Commercial Drivers License is capable of driving the largest vehicles on our roadways.  I drive 75 foot combination vehicles.  Those are a road tractor with sleeper cab and either a 53' dryvan or flatbed trailer.  Gross weight is 80,000.  Net (payload) is 47,000 dryvan, 51,000 flatbed.  I'm out on the road 2-4 weeks at a time, then I'm home for 3-5 days.  I don't date, am morbidly obese,  and feel like a colossal failure.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I have developed the drive and willpower I lacked. I am now looking for the tools and skills I need to get what I want.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 Creating something nobody else has. Taking an idea and creating the technology to make it reality.
My favorite wild animal is:
 I'm not sure I can pick one. Birds of prey, rodents, bats, elephants.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 Birds of prey can FLY, are typically large, and the only animal that remains beautiful as it kills. (I'm jealous of the flying part). Rodents are typically cute, fairly helpless, making up for their lack of defenses through copious breeding. Bats eat an enormous quantity of insects (which I dislike). I also like them for being so unusual. Elephants are large and intelligent. having loyal family structures. They actually visit the gravesites of past members of the herd.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Cats. It used to say here dogs/birds suck, but I realized that could only be taken the wrong way! caging a bird is just wrong. Dogs make me depressed because the animal is helpless without us, and we made it that way. They can be great companions, but they make me feel guilty.
Why:
 cats are one of only domestic animals that can survive without people. Dogs cannot feed themselves. Keeping birds in a cage/clipping their wings is unjustifiably cruel. GOD GAVE THEM THE GIFT OF FLIGHT, FOR GOD SAKE LET THEM USE IT. Unlike dogs, as a general rule cats don't love you blind and crazy. They are particular, and you must work to have a good relationship with them.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 It depends on what mood I'm in. Lately I've been in a fish mood, and would order Salmon, with some squash (yellow and zucchini), broccoli, and carrots. Steamed all around. Do not overcook the Salmon under penalty of death. For dessert, lets try a brie pastry over strawberry sauce. In reality I would probably not eat something I'd had before. I would discuss with the chef and find something that he does well that I've not experienced.
Why:
 It's the mood I'm in as I write this. I do not have a food that I will always pick. Sometimes I'd rather have a Ribeye steak, broiled with blue cheese crumbs on top and a baked potato. cheese cake for dessert. Then other times I would pass all that up to grill burgers and hot dogs, with an ice cream sandwich dessert.

Why:
 Muhammad and Isa are prophets of god, and know the truth always, so I can interrogate Obama and McCain, knowing when they are lying. Bill can get the check.

 Pilot school.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 like the meal it depends. I've made alot of unique pizzas in my day and don't think I can pick a favorite. I can say this, I won't be cheese and pepperoni. maybe a white pizza with spinach on thin crust. or beef and onion on a deep dish. a veggie pizza can be one of the best pizzas ever if your veggies are fresh. whatever the decision, do not put too many toppings or too much cheese.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 Diet Coke. because I don't drink.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 coffee would be iced espresso or hot Turkish(very rare in states) tea would be Chai. (real chai, which is loose leaf tea brewed in milk) by the way the word chai is actually tea, when you go into starbucks and see people ordering 'chai tea' ask them why they're repeating themselves.

Why:
 I like to read, watch some movies and watch some TV shows. I don't aspire to be any of these characters. I feel its unhealthy to lose perspective that these characters are not people. They are the desires, ideas, and ideals of authors. They are studies of the many facets of the human condition; A way to coceptualize, investigate, and experience traits that are foreign or alien.
