We know so much about nutrition and its powerful effects to create disease or protect against disease. However, the question that seems unanswered to the majority of our population is what constitutes a healthy diet that is actually disease protecting versus one that is disease promoting? What degree of nutritional excellence is necessary to make a diet therapeutically disease reversing? How do we measure the quality of our diet or the degree of nutritional excellence we are obtaining? To these questions I am finally finding the answers; the ability to measure and intuitively judge the nutritional quality of my diet in order to discern whether it is optimal for delivering the therapeutic effects for disease reversal and prevention.

To finally reach my goal weight and maintain it.

I am now 51 years of age and when my doctor told me I was onset adult Diabetes, and juvenile arthritis, and that my cholesterol was too high, my blood pressure was unstable I refused to carry those with me as I get older. So I'm doing something about it and since last October, all my numbers have come down, I no longer have juvenile arthritis, or the onset of Diabetes. My goal is to maintain this throughout my entire senior years.

Some years ago my sister's daughter had Eczema and the doctors then could only give her something to relieve the itch and discomfort and told her that she would have to let it run its course. Then a neighbour gave her something to try so she did It not only relieved the itch and discomfort but it cleared it up!
She never gave it another thought Just thanked the neighbour. Until now One of the girls again had Excema and she remembered where the neighbor had gotten the lotion he had given her. So now my doubts and questions were settled so for the 29.00 Canadian plus my first 35 points worth of product at 30-40% discount savings I too registered as a preferred customer!
