Finished Day 28 of tools

Well, I made it through the first month of tools. I am already starting to see a difference. I have always had a pretty positive attitude, but I think it is getting even better. I am starting to exercise and eat better regularly again. I need to look at my checklist more often though, I catch most of it from memory, but I do not complete this everyday.

I agree on the checklist issue..I think tools should be available via cell phone/blackberry/iphone for those of us who dont have a printer
