I am not a coffee drinker, but I was thinking that you should create a challenge and get support from other coffee drinkers.
Try to change your coffee/water drinking in baby steps . Try one week intervals: like instead of two pots of coffee (wow that's lot) try 1 1/2 pot of coffee and a 1/2 pot of water, then week two 1 pot of coffee and one pot of water. you get what I am saying... it is better to do some version of that than it is to shock your body by drinking no coffe at all. I hope this helps.
also remember what I said: your body is 60% -70% water, so if you don't like water then you already don't like 60-70% of yourself. and we know that is not true...You love you!

Hi mate. Yes I drink way too much coffee too - mainly because I have just quit smoking and it's something to do.
I will never be able to give up my two cups in the morning - I don't drink or smoke anymore & I can't give up everything. But I do notice thatwhen I drink less coffee I am calmer and sleep better. Have you noticed that also?
I am trying to drink less coffee and more tea. Do you like tea/have you tried it? Let me know how you get on, I will try and cut down on coffee also.
