I made it all the way!!

 I made it! I finished the TOOLS program! I see things differently and act differently than when I started. Little things roll right off me, I am a more pleasant person to be around, I have better control of my emotions, and I work through my emotions rather than burying them and obcessing over them.»

Starting to be Overwelmed
