I made it all the way!!

I made it! I finished the TOOLS program! I see things differently and act differently than when I started. Little things roll right off me, I am a more pleasant person to be around, I have better control of my emotions, and I work through my emotions rather than burying them and obcessing over them. I have stopped letting other people have the power to change my attitude - ie trigger my emotions. I stopped judging people, making fun of people, critisizing people for my own entertainment. I have taken better charge of my life.

I find however that I am still evolving to the ideas TOOLs presented. I promised myself when I started tools to do what was asked of me, not to object to anything, so I brushed my teeth and drank my water, and somewhere along the line I got lazy and undisciplined. Then I had to decide for myself to do these things (rather than doing them becasue Coach asked me to). So I find I am in the process of doing the things I should becasue I DECIDED TO.  SO things like the To Do List which didn't last, I am now doing because 1) It works and 2) I decided to do it!

So know that your life is your decision and the TOOLS are in front of you if you decide to use them!!!

WOW - I REALLY DID IT!!!

congratulations!

Congratulations!! You are really inspire me. I am at day 20, away from 90, but reading you, make me keep doing it.

Thanks for sharing your accomplishment

CONGRATULATIONS!!

WOW, I am so glad I saw your blog today, it reminded me of the things I am not doing that I know I should do. Plus, inspired me that I am on the right track on many other parts of this course. I know that I will make it just like you. Thank you for sharing your achievement.

I can hear your excitement and pride in yourself in your words.

You deserve a star You deserve a gold star

Congratulations!!

What a great success! I'm only about 2/3's of the way through and your story helps me stay more focused - as well as maybe to concentrate on some of the things I don't really do well, like sharing with this community.

Excellent!!!

Congratulations,

I remember when I finished and looked back to the beginning.....wow!

The best part of tools is that we never stop learning....I would encourage you to join a group, read some blogs and help some to continue on or start the tools,

Way to Go Girl!
