Hi - I was surprised and delighted to my responses and veiws when I announced I had reached the end of TOOLS. Thank you for your support. I was very surprised to find I had inspired people, it's a nice feeling, to know you can also help someone else.
I updated my profile photo, I think it reflects a "softer" person. Not the harsh judgemental person I was when I started. I wish my original photo had stayed on my old messages for comparison (I'm still having problems loading pics into the my pics section of my profile)
Yesterday afternoon I officially started my weight loss plan. I have been working on my list of 20, and really meaning it this time, then I got to line 14 and wrote DECIDE to do it! That's what it takes, your mental decision. It's your mind that holds you back. So then and there I began my weight loss journey.
I also used my To Do List yesterday (for the first time in a while). I found myself doing a lot that was not on the list, and was only able to cross off 4 things that were on the list. I need more practice at putting first things first. I find I am a no where's near as organized as I'd like to think and the list helps provide structure, discipline and a sence of accomplishment as you cross things off. I have to work on this more.
I think this is where the real work begins - once you finish the course and are on your own - do you have the motivation to use what you learned. I'm excited and ready to apply it to my life.
Things to work on:
Afformations
Visualization
Checklist - finish making own
To Do List - do correctly
ENERGY!!!! emit positive energy - be excited
Turn it on - especially at home - seem to be in a relationship rut again
SMILE & LAUGH
Personal Rules (finding this hard to apply to my present life - could more easily apply it to my next one)

sounds good to me
wow,you sound positive! keep it up
Congratulations and...
I have been struggling with todo lists for a long time. You might want to look at www.toodledo.com for an interesting on-line version.'
A couple of things I've discovered.
A todo list is a todo list not a calendar.
Keep it simple: To do should be today-now. Otherwise it is calendared.
I fudge and have the following
To do
This week
Next week
Ongoing.
The big advantage is that it keeps the todo list small and more doable.
Good luck and congratulations on completing the course. What a great achievement.
All right!
You can leave your old photo in your photos area in your profile page, for comparison.
I love what you say about becoming a softer, less judging person via Tools. That's wonderful. It means you are off your own case!
CONGRATS on graduating! Continue to bring your giving and ideas, stories and successes to Tools via the Graduate support group, if you like. It's found in the support group area at the top. And if you like you can find a new member and encourage and support them with all your experience, strength and wisdom!
