I exercised and I liked it!

Up until now I was willing to do just about anything other than exercise, the thought of forced, physical activity was just a turn off.  Anytime I have lost weight I told myself I would rather control what went into my mouth than do any type of exercise, and I was disiplined enough to follow through and loose the weight without the physical exercise. From size 18 to size 10. That was 9 years ago. Since then I've been very depressed about my relationship situation and can't say no to the over abundant portions of the boyfriend's cooking. Dicipline = 0%. But yesterday I put two things together and exercised for a half an hour and enjoyed every minute of it. I danced on the treadmill, kind of by accident. I thought instead of watching tv (I can last an excrutiatingly boring 10 minutes on the treadmill) that I'd listen to music on the i-pod. Well the results were amazing, the first song was hopping, and I found myself dancing in place, and before you knew it I had covered up the timer on the treadmill and was just a dancing away for half an hour - I can't wait to do it again!!!!  I guess you just need to find what works for you.
