Great Taste . . .Less Filling !

Here I am...at my blog after Coaches'

lesson on Love.

I want to say that Ive decided that

my blogs will be shorter. More directly

related to the subjects at hand.

Also...Im struggling with waking at 3 or 4 AM

every morning, and a huge music schedule

of practicing, playing, or teaching lately.

I have the same headacahe I've had off

and on for 2 weeks.....

Im so tired I can't type!

Im going to try to sleep again before

I leave for work.

See ya!

BY YOUR FACE I CAN SEE............

Steve, you are a beautiful soul.

I GET YOUR POINT ...

I could understand where you're coming from.  Before I finished the course, I used to religiously do my daily blogs (kilometres long!).  I just couldn't understand why I get sooooo winded and always finishing up with mile-long posts.  I sometimes even have to cut it into segments (3 or 4 postings with just one blog!).  Well, a blog is a blog is a blog is a blog ... We just could do as much or as less (depending on how much winded we are).  And same with you, to think that I still had to do my daily exercises.  And the heaviest of all was ... yes, you guessed it right - commenting.  I used to finish a big bulk (in batches!). One more, then another two more, then there is some more.  (I'm not kidding, I used to fall asleep in front of my PC ... but I'm not ashamed to say).  I was proud of it, knowing that somehow I managed to lift or cheer somebody up.  And there's no complain, of course (loved it! ... still loving it).

But of course, we could always be rest assured that the energy eventually gets depleted and totally run out.  Not to forget, of course, that we have other tasks waiting outside of the Blogsland.  Work (the bread and butter), house chores, and a lot more activities to attend to.  Gee, I hope I didn't insinuate things that would further aggravate your situation.

Anyway, you better recoup that missing part (energy).  Slow down, take things easy and breezy, practice some stillness, listen to good old soothing tunes, wander and daydream (chase your positive thoughts), etc.  Focus on one thing at a time, no rush, be stress-free.  Have a proper sleep, eat healthily, take a lot of water, talk to a long-lost friend (personal or via phone).  In short, do something out of your ordinary daily task.

Whoops, your blog, not mine.  I'm exiting now.  Enjoy your solitude.  Clap, splash, brush, smile.  Have a blissful great day, Steve.  Oh, one more.  Always wear that smile (that surely is detrimental to all the above).

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss
