Making progress..

Day 7... my first week completed and already i can see progress... i'm gathering all the loose ends so i can figure out which ones to tie together and which ones to ditch.. Innocent

But the main breakthrough for me this week has been the progress i've made on not just my sleeping pattern, but also my childrens... I home educate my sons, so its all too easy to let them fall into my bad sleep patterns, as they don't have to get up for school.. I've been too soft on them in the past, but this week I've really toughened up, not just on them but on myself...

usually when i am stressed, frazzled or running on adrenalin i can and will go 2 or 3 nights a week without any sleep and on the nights i do sleep it won't be until after 4am in the morning..!!

but that is now a thing of the past.. i did stay up all night one night last week, but for the most part its been 1 or 2am at the latest and i am going to improve on that next week and keep improving it until i am where i want to be...

12 - 7am would be a good time for me to sleep, i'd like to be in a fixed routine with it within 2 weeks...

scratch that... how about this...

I 'WILL' have a regular sleep pattern of 12 - 7am in place by Monday 23rd August 2007

Onwards and upwards to a better life.. off to bed now (12.50am) nite nite

Jaye
