Hypnotism to quit smoking?

I recently inquired to an online quit smoking help line and explored many options. I have tried to quit on my own, and did for 11 months, only to go right back to it. Now, I have tried patche, gum, meds. and all they do is make me feel sick and disorentied. I do not believe that I can quit that way, so I am looking for a less chemical and permanant way to quit for good! If anyone has any advise for me, I would greatly appreciate that. And also, if anyone can help and be each others support, I would appreciate that as well. I am considering going through with the hypnosis, But I am a little leary about someone getting in my head that way. Please send help!!!!!!!!

Hey, I tried Hypnosis. You have to REALLY want it to work. She gave me the tape and everything after the session. It worked for a while, but of course, it's only as good as YOU want it to be.

Chantix worked great for me and I stopped for a few months. If you REALLY want to stop, you can!

says: I just saw a commercial for an item that may or may not help but it never hurts to get the info web site is www.zerosmoke.org or call 800-280-3667, also try this, all you must do is link enough pain to smoking and enough pleasure to quitting.you have the ability to do this right now,but you might not exercise this capability because you've trained your body to link pleasure to smoking,or you fear that stopping would be to painful.what will it cost you if you don't stop smoking, think of the benefits to stopping.,you have to condition yourself to be a non-smoker.there are techniques to conditioning in the book awaken the giant within by tony robbins, you can probably pick up a copy at the library. and like azangel99 said you really got to work at it.,hope this helps and good luck

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
