Thanks for the chuckle! I've heard the sleep is when we repair ourselves. In my case I would need at least 23 hours a day. Hey that nap sounds good

But what you say is true....we need to be rested in order to achieve any level of success. I know that for a fact. Taking care of us is one of the essential ingredients to making it through the day. Have a good nap!

The last few days I have had the most difficult time trying to sleep. Like you, I have to get in a good 8 hours to feel worth the paper I am printed on.
But lately, I have only been able to sleep in 2-4 hour spurts, and I get up and feel great for about half an hour, then I am sleepy again. It's really put a cramp on trying to get anything done!
