You're Feeling Very Sleeepppyyyyy!

Ahhh ... well, today's Tools session was about getting proper sleep. You know, I think I'm pretty much OK in that respect. I do have a usual time and a regular routine. AND ... I know if I don't get enough ... I'm cooked.

Funny ... from the time I was 15 years old until about age 40 ... I believe I slept a complete total of six hours ... the entire time. I mean ... I lived in Hollywood most of the time! I had the entire Republic of Peru working their butts off day and night just to keep me awake!

AND ... I was fine.

NOW ... if I don't get eight hours of sleep ... I immediately turn into the most incompetent, stupid, paranoid, useless bag of guts you've ever seen! I mean it! I'm not worth the cost of the carbon matter!

Besides that ....

Wait ... I'll write more later ...

... I'm going to go take a nap.

Cool

Thanks for the chuckle! I've heard the sleep is when we repair ourselves. In my case I would need at least 23 hours a day. Hey that nap sounds goodLaughing!

Funny Guy

But what you say is true....we need to be rested in order to achieve any level of success.  I know that for a fact.  Taking care of us is one of the essential ingredients to making it through the day.  Have a good nap!

I agree! I agree!

You make me smile You make me smile

Funny you wrote about this.

The last few days I have had the most difficult time trying to sleep.  Like you, I have to get in a good 8 hours to feel worth the paper I am printed on.

But lately, I have only been able to sleep in 2-4 hour spurts, and I get up and feel great for about half an hour, then I am sleepy again. It's really put a cramp on trying to get anything done!
