says: I am in the same boat.This is my 6th day. I need to loose weight and eat right to make myself look and feel better. My goal is to eat right. Try and stay away from fatty food exercise and love myself everyday, by getting up and stating that I am having a great day. My family are meat and potato people. They do like many vegetables so it is hard to find vegetables for them to eat without eating the same thing over and over. Let me know what you find out.
