 I am happily married for the past eight years. I have a 26 year old son,whom I am well proud of.

I have wonderful job,as manager of a fitness center,

I have the best sister in the whole world ,who supports me ,emotionally and spiritually.

as does my husband.

I am about to become a "GOD-Mother" for the first time.

I have also a supportive sister-in law,who has become a closr friend.

In the oast I have had many jobs ,from office manager to customer service.

 These days I seem to find myself wanting to help people more and more in the areas of nutrition and excersize ,am lacking in info and materials ,I believe a chemical free body is a healthy body,

I have been a smoker for 30 years and have starting quiting ,using acupunture and herbal tea.

IT WORKS.decreasing the desire for nicotine and the anxiety ,that goes along with it.
