I'm happy I'm back

First I was visiting my grand-son who has no internet connection and then I got sick.  It was fun being with the grandson but no fun at all being sick.  I'm happy to be back and feeling well.

I've started a very structured diet and it's working well.  I've lost down to what I contracted to weigh for this program.  Because of the diet, I'm drinking lots of water every day.  Eight glasses at least is required.  This isn't so bad.  In fact, I'm enjoying it.  My arthritus is bothering me less each day and my blood sugar is stable.  It tends to become low easily and cause me problems.  All in all, I'm feeling a lot better and a lot happier.

Welcome back!!!

Glad to hear that things are going well now.  Will be seeing more of you here on tools.???

Hi!

So glad your plan is working for you. Your story gives me more confidence to stick to my plan, which probably isn't as structured as yours. (Probably part of my problem.) But it makes me feel good to know things can work out.
