I'm a web application developer in New Brunswick Canada. I have an 11 yo son, a wonderful supportive husband, 3 cats and one dog. Currently I have a friend living with me and she came with two more cats. Kitty heaven! =^!^=
I am trying to get out of the habit of going out for fast food. The opportunity is that my husband and I both work and we come home too tired to cook. I was thinking that if I had a list (made up to look like a menu) of super quick super easy meals, that I could look at it before going out to dinner.
The parameters are: less that 5 min preparation, less than 30 min to cook, generally available ingredients.
EDIT: The ingredients could also be bought in advance and stored in a cupboard.
says: 1 learn the art of healthy snacking:
- Kashi Crunch Go-Lean bars (no I am not being paid to promote them) they have great blood sugar stabelization abilities, and you can eat them before you start the car to leave work. Within a few minutes you will be a bit clearer headed the drive will be easier and you will be able to think when you get home (and AVOID fast food).
