Healthy eating

 

I have started to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet.  I realised that I was lacking the good stuff.  I have a citrus fruit with my breakfast than a piece of fruit for every snack.  I like having a salad at or with lunch and I make sure that I have at least 2 different Veg with dinner.  When I concentrate on one thing at a time I find that I am able to keep it up.

 

Today has not started out too well as I have gotten up late.  I am finding myself sinking again so I am going to have to go back to day one and get started on the right foot again.  It doesn't help that I was called a child yesterday.  Someone told me that I act like an imature little kid.  Goodness, I am almost 50 years old.  I cannot figure out how they got that point of view.  Oh well, I must be proactive not reactive, however, I did buy a chocolate bar and ate half of it.  Hehe!!!  How is that for reactive?

Hey!  Whoever called you an immature little kid probably has no curiosity, imagination or happiness in their life.  He/she is subconsciously jealous of your shining ease with yourself.  Don't worry, be happy! Stay away from grumps and do eat your fruit!Cool
