Day 8 Yeah!

I think the real key for me this week is to stay in focus. I do not want shortcuts and using this program has shown me how much I have relied on them. I am so busy at times, that I run from one thing to another just to get it done.

I look forward to concentrating, staying focused and doing Day 8 exercises for the week. This will be my challenge and my goal this week.
