Summer months and children

This past year and a half has been a whirlwind of change for me. My oldest daughter married, gave me a new granddaughter, and another daughter will be married in 2 months. My husband took on a new job in January and most of my kids are changing jobs, moving to other schools, etc.

I have felt that I am grasping for some peace and equilibrium and decided to start Tools for that purpose. I needed something to keep my focus and to stay centered in my week.

I also saw huge changes in my work situation which I am still working at trying to get back into balance. I am hoping that instead of feeling that everything is out of my hands, that I can start taking baby steps to a more selfless and centered approach to my day.
