• I am 51 years old i am now a single mom again. I have two kids my oldest is Jennifer she is 29 and lives in Florida and is married.. And my son Jeremy will be 16 in January and lives with me..I am currently disablied not by choice for sure. And i did work about 32 years of my life fulltime and then some. I have a home in western Kentucky i have a cool dog named Thunder and 2 cats and 1 kitten. At this moment in my life well i am still trying to figure out what star i can reach for i suppose. But i try to encourage my kids and help others when i can..I am affliated with a program called Wish Upon a Hero and i try to help those who are in need and sometimes where i have been before at one time or another in my life. I take each day as a blessing..I write about my feelings about life , love and whatever comes to mind. Sometimes if i am trouble it helps me sort out what i need to sort out ..And i am working towards being a better person each day of my life. And to never try to be concrete in my ideas just because of my age in realizeing that times have changed and so has the world that my children have been brought up in. I love music anything from about the 60s til present..other than not a fan of rap or hip hop persay. But i do like alot of the pop music of today and country or urban country i would really call it anymore..

I started working fulltime at the age of 17 and got a ged in my last year of high school. I moved out and lived on my own. My parents where in the process of a divorce at that time and the turbulance at home was just to much to handle. I worked doing alot of things in making money since about 12 i suppose whether babysitting , mowing yards, or crafting peace beads necklaces or whatever fad that came along then. I worked at 17 as a keypunch and computer operator and later moved in to the world of what was then typesetting. Eventually i wound up about the last 15 years in accounting. I had made a goal that by the age of 40 i would establish myself in a major corporation and i did..though i felt like i was in a very stuffy atmosphere there i took pride in my work. And i was also the main bread winner of my marriage for the over 15 years of marriage to my sons father.

My future is to make the best of that which maybe ahead of me reguardless of the time i may still have here. I pray each day to wake up on this side of life to enjoy seeing my son grow up and hopefully get thru college and my daughter to be happy ..And if god bless's my family perhaps a grandchild while i can still hold one in my arms.. I live on a lot of medications both for pain and also i live with a cpap machine ..So i dont take life nor anyone in it for granted..and i am thankful for dreaming ahead i want to see Montana next year...Yellowstone natl park, ..when i was a teenager i use to write for brochures for all over the united states and i have a few places i would dearly love to see.  I hope i can get the obstructive sleep apnea corrected i have seen a program on a new surgery and i am trying to find out about who in my area or near that might be able to do it. And also i pray for strength to take care of my home and to cope with the intense pain i live with..And to have patience with my teenage son and my daughter who sometimes still acts like one..but for whatever i have i feel that i am blessed..
