I am not sure how to complete the Exercises section for today.

Am I supposed to write the same 5 things for each of the 10 sections? Or a different 5 things for each of the 10 sections?  This is different than other affirmation type things I have done, so I am confused.

 They remain laid back, yet protect their home. They are fluid in their movement, independent, yet are willing to snuggle up on a cool night.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Eggs Benedict, mimosa's, big beautiful fruit salad, & my Cinch shake.
Why:
 Eggs benedict is my favorite all time food. the mimosas are "exotic & fun", the big beautiful fruit salad is to get those deliciously yummy antioxidants going for the day & the Cinch shake is a necessity.

Why:
 President Regan was an outstanding individual who upheld his beliefs and did the right thing. Dr. Peele was a brilliant man who taught me a lot - he could bring his lovely wife too - she was kind to me. Dr. Dewey Stewart - who took me at 18 and taught me the principles of a possitive mental attitude and taught me that there were no problems, only oppportunities. My Grandmother & Grandfather were taken from me when I was very young.
