Setting Goals

 

On the 1st of January 2007 my weight had ballooned out to 121.2kgs. So i made a commitment to myself to get my weight down to double digits 99kgs or less and stay their forever.

I have to change a few things in my life and the first was my eating habits. So i have committed to 3 healthy meals a day and to drink plenty of water with fruit for snacks when i am hungry. I have also committed to writing everything down that i eat and to chew my food at least 20 times before swallowing. Also to drink 2 glasses of water before eating a meal.

This has been working  really well for me as i am feeling full without eating the large portions of food.

Also i have committed to 1 hour of exercise a day. I really enjoy bike riding as it gives me a sense of freedom out on the roads pedalling away. So i have brought myself a new bike and i am cyclying each day. My weight this morning was 118.4 Kgs so i am on my way to a new healthy body and mind.
