You're going to be fine. Not even done Day 1 and already blogging. It took me something like a week to post my first entry, and then with some trepidation. Now, I've graduated the program and am still growing. Lots of people have difficulty getting started, so you're already ahead of the game.
Don't expect everything to happen all at once. That's why you're here for 90 days, to build something new in your life. Each day is only a single brick, but at the end of it all you'll be living in a solid new psychological home.
