28 days later

 So ive just finished my first month and am writing my first blog just to note some of my acheivments. My drinking has gone way down since I have a new outlook about myself. Feeling a little more trim in the waist, im eating better and feel much more in control of myself wich is affecting  many more areas of my life in very positive ways. I had a discussion last night that would have been a full blown argument 2 weeks ago, thank you tools!
