Depression, Action, and Experiences

Hello All,

Today Coach had a good lesson about depression.   I find it hard to speak about this because I feel I've never really fully experienced it.  Yes, I've had plenty of times when I felt beat down, and even veg-out for a few days.

But by the grace of God, I've always got back up and became active even when the bod was screaming stop.

Still, I'm very compassionate about others in the midst of depression because I understand  no one truly wants it upon them.  I know that when I was in emotional pain and hurting, that it was a process, and that there was some piece of the puzzle I was not seeing.

I'm very blessed, I understand that no matter what happens to me, that somehow, somewhere it is all for the better and I will become a stronger person.

Some of the biggest blessings in my life were very well disguised indeed.

The first small companies I worked for had one of the toughest, meanest, brutish men I ever met as the owner. I worked there for a few years.  The turnover was high, and many good people left on very bad terms.   I decided early on not to take any of it personally and always look for the lesson.  Believe me, there were plenty.

It was this company that taught me how to work with difficult people.   I left with thick skin, and mentally stronger.

All-in-all, pretty cool.

We create our experiences by how we choose to think about them.

TTFN, Be Blessed!!!

CuL8ter!

So Inspiring!

TimberAllen...I can just feel your energy jumping off of your webpage and it feels great!

Congrats on finding the woman of your dreams and living a life the you obvviously love.

The dogs and cat are adorable...I grew up on a farm and was surrounded by an ample supply of animals.

I've missed them since I have lived in apartment for most of my life.

Wishing you the best!  Dr. Debbie
