Smelling the flowers

 

Ever since I did the Tools training about taking the extra time to notice beautiful things, I've been doing just that.

 

Last week, I realized that when I see something beautiful, I need to pause and take the time to absorb it all fully.  

 

Clouds, Sunsets, Sunrises, the Moon, chocolate, Smells.

 

(never knew I was such a flower child!  LOL)
