AFFIRMATIONS !!!!

I did it

I did it

I did it

Ok, after spending nearly three weeks (maybe more) thinking about, planning, and trying to make time (ie pushing through my own discomfort with the assignment) to do my first affirmations recording . . . . it is finished this morning.  Yeah!!!  That assignment was such a struggle for me.  It is not polished.  I experimented with adding some music to the script and the result made me chuckle at myself (in a good way).  After recording it I listened to it for the first time and was surprised at the commitment I felt as I listened to the affirmations.  I actually am looking forward to polishing this first effort up and creating other recordings.  I took some friend's advice and tried not to take myself too seriously as I recorded.

I ended up using a freeware program to do the recording called Audacity.  It also allowed me to mix in the music.

Fun, fun, yeah me.  I will be pushing the finished button here in a minute on day 44.  Thanks coach.
