Affirmations

Good morning all,

I have a question I would like to throw out for some response.  I will also post this on the ask section of the site.  I am beginning day 43 and I am not excited at all about the prospect of recording affirmations.  I have been saying the morning affirmations “I’m having a great day and “The day is mine.”  I have also done the affirmations associated with my physical goal (not as faithfully).  I have also used recorded affirmations in the past with not a lot of success.  The authors of various affirmation CDs and such boast all kinds of great outcomes which I have not experienced.  Anyway I am really struggling with feeling motivated to record and listen to myself reading affirmations. . . Ug.   For those of you who have done this part of the tools program what has your experience been???  I will likely do this, but I am feeling more reluctant about doing this than anything else I have done to this point.
