Trouble every day

Hi. I can't seem to do even the getting up on time, finding a small toothbrush, getting to bed at a regular time, all sorts of these things on the list, so I don't get back every day, it takes me weeks to do each day.

says: Change is within yourself, it has to be wanted, and be important enough to make the changes last. Getting up is easy if you not tired from staying up all night...

My suggestion would be to start clean... start from Day 1 and do that days work. Just do that one thing... and build from there. Start with "I'm having a great day!".  Once you've done this.. the toothbrush, water, and other tasks will become easier.

Have faith in yourself. I do. :)

You have to throw yourself into this course. Everyday. If you do it will become easier and easier. You will find the effort rewarding in so many ways. Keep it up.

Have you tried to create systems?  Such as printing the checklist and posting it all over the house?  Keeping your keys in the same location, wallet,(whole family mind you) purse, pocket change, etc? And having that place be nearest to the door so you can grab the last few items as you walk out the door (and have a check list there as well to review) and drop them as you re-enter the house so as not to have extra drama?  I keep my keys in one of three locations jaket pocket, on a hook (when the weather cant decide if its nice enough to go without the jacket one day to sub zero the next. or in my jeans (right pocket only).  When I lived in Phoenix AZ I kept a weeks worth of bus money on the counter near the door, organized by day so I wouldnt need to worry about it first thing.

Now as far as being able to control when you go to sleep, I would like to have that ability myself (havnt been able to since I was 16).  Good luck to you!
