Coaches Question: Do you Believe you should take the time to visualize every single day? by Udecide
My answer to this is absolutely.
Taking the time to visualize, and practice using the new tools and resources is a must in order to work through our own issues, and be the change.
This is not something we just read about, and then toss aside. If we want to take control, and change the way things are for ourselves we have to be willing to do the work. It's this simple. Doing the work, and learning more about ourselves, and working on ourselves is a daily practice.
