I'm new in Dartmouth, hoping to settle in and start my new life with all guns blazing.  I have MS, and this limits some of what I can do, but I am determined to make a contribution and help my new community and find my heart's desire by the end of this year.

I've lived all over the place - the US, Germany, UK, all over Canada. I've met friends in many places, probably left enemies in a few.  I used to work in health care but always wanted to be a published author, became one, then let it lie fallow for many years. I learned many crafts and skills through years of a solo marriage and raising children - these stand me in good stead now when I have to rest.

I am going to have at least three published stories in reputable journals by the end of the year - plus I am going to finish that novel I've been working on.  Also, I plan to continue exercising as my MS allows me to, and lose that weight that hangs on me and makes my knees ache.  I'm going to travel west to see a friend, and south to my high school reunion. And I'm going to get financially secure.
