210 and counting.

 210 lbs was the goal I was shooting for last week. I missed that deadline by a Week. I weighed this morning and YES I DID. I took an extra week but I now weigh 210 lbs. 200 here I come. 15 lbs lost in 97 days. Thanks to tools and the law of accumulation.

i am so excited for you! what all are you doing if you don't mind me asking. i am trying to get in a system of waking up early to work out, i know i won't after school.  i know its an excuse, but i did start the RN program and its full time, this is my 2nd week, so i am pretty much adjusted, i need to get in gear and start.  i read your story and am happy for you, but at the same time wish i had lost the weight, well i guess i won't unless i put forth an honest effort like you are!

says: I get up every morning (monday-Friday) at 4:30 AM. On Monday, Wednesday, and friday I work out on the Total Gym (yes the one sold on the infomercial with Chuck Norris) on Tuesday and Thursday I work out for a 1/2 hour on the Bowflex Treadclimber. I usually work out on the treadclimber on Saturdays and Sundays too. I don't eat after 8:00 PM. I eat fruit for snacks instead of the cookies and junk I used too. I eat salad if I eat at a fast food joint. And I don't overly focus on the weight itself. I was getting more muscle tone and loosing inches before I really started to loose the weight. Hope that helps.
