I am currently recovering from a severe depression. Still take medicine, but am soo much better.

 

My purpose in coming to Tools is trying to find why I keep repeating the same pattern of behaviour as before though I already learnt it won't work.

 

I hope to find balance and life purpose and I think Tools will help me with this.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I need to find balance in my life. with myself, my daughter and my environment.

My favorite wild animal is:

Why (describe as much as possible):
 quiet, self content, private and free.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 tuff one. I have a horse, and a cat, and I love them both. I would like to have a dog. I sometimes take care of a ridgeback who is the most beautiful creature I know.
Why:
 Animals are easy to be with because they are so accepting. The horse, Joyride, is very prosaic. He has his opinions about things, but if I insist he conceede. The cat, Busan, is self contended. She is mostly outdoors, is opinionated about things I do (or don't), and is very select in giving affection. The dog, Arathena, is very tuned in to me and my needs. she has been such comfort during my illness and very determined to keep me going. I owe her my life.

Why:
