Day 2

Once again, the day does not contain enough time for me.  I am tired again!  One of my primary goals will be to start getting to bed at a set/decent time, and waking up at the same time, as is suggested in Tools.  The continuous flip-flop in my sleeping habits really takes a toll on me and limits my productivity.

I'm still very excited that I've finally started this program.  I'm still a bit down on myself and my abilities, but I am confident that I have found the right thing to help me overcome these obstacles.

I'm not exactly sure what it is I am to be blogging about!  I guess it's probably up to me.  I will have to play around a little more in the site and learn to set goals and such.  As it stands, I have a few goals already outlined in my head.  I will elaborate on them more when I am organized and ready.

I would just like to say I am very grateful for Coach Steele's assistance and dedication to helping me and others.  I hope to show my gratitude by completing this course successfully and experiencing positive life changes.  I also appreciate the cheers/comments.  Thank you!

P.S.  My cat is the best.

YOUR JOURNEY...

This is your journey, Tools will help make your journey happier, definitely will make you smile too!!

I also have flip/flop schedule!! So I am stuck a little in tools till I get set with bedtime/wakeup schedule.

I hear you I hear you

Tools is great

I can't wait for you to see what is in store with each new tool day. Blogging about it all will be fun for you, especially as you go back and review it over time.  It is a great way to record your journey.

Coach Steele put together a remarkable program that will help you get organized and work towards goals that are important to you.....you life, your desicion, your goals....all very empowering stuff.

PS - Love your cat pic!
