Day 30...

 

I haven't had an entry for a while.  I am currently on Day 30 and am surprised it has been such a wonderful journey to date.

I admit thou day 30 has taken me about 3 days and I still haven't completed it. 

I feel as though I have hit a wall.. darn it all I may very well just need a wee break, but this is my rountine now ...get up do Tools and then have a great day.

Well time to pick myself up and get on with it.  I recognise that this is my doing, my life, where I am at through the decisions I have made in my life, and the only way to change is to want it, plan it and work at it.  And also stop the negative mind chatter in my head...aaaarrrrggghh!!!
