A decent nights sleep

Prior to Tools I would get awoken by my daughter 2 or 3 times a night, well that was alright when she was little but she turned 2 back in August and I was wondering will it ever stop.  Finally I moved her into her own room - ye ha, 3 nights straight she has slept through.  Doing tools for life, I was finding it hard to get up in the mornings even when setting my phone (I don't have a clock or watch in the house).  I just push snooze and roll over.  This week has been a real breakthrough for me...I have been setting my alarm at 4:45am (A Sparrows Fart) giggle and almost leaping out of bed, then I do the things on my checklist, drink a big glass of water (usually 2 cups of Tea) and meditate for an hour.....Luvvvely I have noticed I am calmer, happier and there is less mind chatter.  Thats a big thing in itself.  I'm loving this.
