Serious Health Check

 I guess when you grow up in the sun all the time one thing that people are talking alot about is getting mole checks - here in Australia and New Zealand anyway.  A while ago I noticed a mole on my back and thought .....aaah she'll be right, finally I bit the bullet and went to a specialist so they could do the body scan.  Cripes just as well as the doctor showed me one mole on the machine and said I need to take that one off now, you can come back or we can do it now, well in the past I would have sucked my thumb for a couple of weeks before going back so this time I said, do it now take it off.  Ouchy ouch!! 5 stitches later and a bit shocked I must say.  Now its been 2 weeks and the stitches have just come out, the doctor said it was the beginning of Melanoma but because we got it early I was very lucky, he also said another 6 months and it would have been a different story.  Gosh I can't believe how much i have been motivated lately...well I can and tools for life have been a serious motivator - for me anyway.  Go for it people get those little niggly things done that you know you have been thinking about doing...yes that is your Inner Voice telling you, just listen a little more and you will be pleasantly surprised!
