getting in a rut

Hello everyone.

I have been at Tools for some time now, and I just realized I have made it a habit to do my daily exercises... but only those that naturally fit in to my life!

I have to start printing out checklists again. I forget to smell the flowers. I forget to to tell my love and my daughter how wonderful they are. I forget to remind myself how wonderful I am.

I don't want my life to be anything less than extraordinary.  It is, and has been for some time, I just need to remind myself every so often to be greatful about it.

I am so happy I have my life, my love, my home and my job, but it is ever so easy to take it for granted.

I hope all of you working on Tools find out how wonderful life is. Because it is, even if not always obviously so.

Keep on keeping on. You are all doing great, just by doing Tools!

Love to you all from Viktoria, who will post more often from now on.

Hei

Hei Viktoria, Great to see you posting here, all the way from Sweden.  Day 19 for me.  Tools are great.

Best - Kayla

Can you hear me all the way in Sweden????

Hey there Viktoria,

I found that I would just forget the different things I needed to do on my checklist.  Some came natural, some did not.

I wrote a blog with some ideas that have helped me, you are welcome t read it, you may find something that might help you.  It's the "Lets stick it to em" one.

I also did one on affirmations that has made all the difference in the world to me.

It's encouraging to meet someone further along on their journey.

I look forward to hearing more from you.

I think being part of the community, sharing, both giving and getting support has been the most important thing that has helped me keep going.

Beverly
